Booking Confirmation

Once you have made your booking , we will issue a confirmation via email. This email will contain important information about the payment of your tour, the itinerary, meeting point, and any additional details. Please ensure that you check this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour, the following fees will apply:

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the start of the tour, the customer will receive a full refund.

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less prior to the start of the tour, the customer will not receive any refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or modify your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or local protests. If we are forced to cancel your tour, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

Liability and Responsibility

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to your personal belongings that may occur during your tour. By booking a tour with us, you agree to waive all claims against Euphoria Tours and its employees for any such incidents.

Conduct

We expect all of our guests to behave responsibly and respectfully towards our guides, staff, and drivers. Any behavior that is deemed to be disruptive, offensive, or dangerous may result in immediate termination of the tour, without refund.

Complaints and Feedback

If you have any complaints or feedback about your tour, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our services for future guests.
