Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer:

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the start of the tour, the customer will receive a full refund.

If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less prior to the start of the tour, the customer will not receive any refund.

Cancellation by the tour company:

In the unlikely event that the tour company has to cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund of the tour price. The tour company is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer in preparation for the tour .

Changes to the tour itinerary:

The tour company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or to cancel specific activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a change to the itinerary, the tour company will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative, but cannot guarantee that all activities will be available.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
