MIA’S Restaurant is situated on the outskirts of Oia. Its location on the caldera provides guests with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, the volcano and the rest of Santorini, especially during sunset. The building showcases the traditional Cycladic architecture of whitewashed walls and minimalist design. There are two seating areas, a charming rooftop with incredible scenery, and an elegant indoor space.
For the 4th consecutive season, MIA’S continues the tradition of Greek gastronomy in a welcoming and warm environment. In the MIA’S kitchen, executive chef Elli Mitrai approaches the local culinary tradition with a creative eye, putting her stamp on creating an exquisite culinary experience of modern Greek cuisine. Its food is characterized by a carefully planned use of local and domestic products, combined in an even way, turning them into special and delicious dishes.
